Magic Shower Head SH1026 Review

Showering is something that people do all the time, well I hope that people do. Although, if the shower head sucks, then people tend to not shower. The truth is, I find my showers pretty boring and it’s just like a chore, it’s supposed to be something that relaxes you. I happen to be an infomercial junky, and I came across a commercial for the Magic Shower head SH1026. I thought, who would want to put lights in their showers, come to find out I did. I ordered it and I love it. I like the fact that there are 7 colors that are fading in and out, it keeps things interesting, especially if you are listening to music. It is almost like a shower rave.

What I have found is that LED shower heads can certainly add fun, color and light to your showering experience. There are some out there that only change through a few colors. This one changes through 7 different colors. At first I thought that I would need to have batteries, but it is actually self-powered. As long as there is water coming out, it will change colors. It is also water saving, so there won’t be more than 2.5 gallons per minute. The colors go from green, blue, purple, red, orange, yellow, and white. It states that it fits a standard shower pipe, so even if you don’t have one you can certainly buy an adapter kit. It comes in a chrome finish, but it is totally fun to have. Let’s talk about the pro’s and con’s.

Pro’s:

  • LED powered by the flow of water
  • It was easy to install
  • All seven LEDs changes as it should
  • The plastic cap can be unscrewed and cleaned easily
  • Water pressure is amazing

Con’s:

  • If the o-ring isn’t placed in right, there is some minor leaking

Overall, for the price, this is a great item to make your shower fun. It doesn’t matter how old you are or where you live, the Magic Shower head SH1026 is perfect. The water pressure is perfect, there isn’t any issues that I can find, its easy to clean, and to make it better you can have your own party while you shower. Just be cautious, there is a slipping issue when listening to disco with the Magic Shower head SH1026. I would recommend this shower head to anyone.
